# Account

Manage household members, your subscription, and home settings from the user menu in Chirp.

Your Chirp account lets you work with the homes you belong to from one login. A **home**, called an **organization** in some menus, is a shared workspace for its devices, dashboards, automations, and household members.

You can belong to your own home and help with another, with different permissions in each. Rooms and locations organize devices inside a home; switching homes changes the whole workspace. Open the **user menu** at the bottom of the sidebar to manage that access.

Click your name at the bottom-left to open the menu. From there you can:

* **Users** — invite household members and manage what each person can see or change
* **Subscription** — view your plan, upgrade, or manage billing
* **Organization settings** — rename your home or transfer ownership (owner only)
* **My organizations** — switch between homes if you belong to more than one
